Confused about XWE

I'm trying to extract the OGG files from music.dta with XWE, (which is the program everyone says needs to be used) but I just can't find how. I've searched for this and have found nothing. Can someone have the kindness to help a noob? Thanks.

Gah! okay so here's what you do:
when you save it, instead of telling it to save it as a lump, tell XWE to show all files when saving, then rename .lmp to .ogg.
That should help.

or you can look on google for "<music file extension> to OGG converter"
and convert the files in the music.dta file

The only filetypes in music.dta are OGG and MID. He shouldn't need a converter.
