Okay, I just got back from my trip to my grandma's house and so far I have a grand total of: Pirates 3 and Pirates 3 The Game for PC (dunno if I'll actually play it, it just came with the movie) $45 in FYE gift cards and $250 in cash. I might get some more from my dad when I get back to his house but after the canon powershot he gave me as an early gift that looks unlikely. As for my current funds, I think tomorrow I'm going to go blow it all on a Wii and I will feel no remorse over it. If I have enough cash after that I might pick up SatSR, but that's IF I have enough.

(OFFTOPIC)Well i didn't feel the Christmas spirit this year... Christmas is to materialistic i mean i like getting presents but now it's like: getting presents, opening them, saying thank you then eating your Christmas dinner. There must be something more than that, what about going with your friends and doing something they really like doing but you hate doing, i do that because i like making people happy no matter what. (OFFTOPIC)
 
Got some clothes, then got a Wii with an extra Wii remote and nunchuck, with sleeves for them (only used the nunchuck ones though). I also got Super Mario Galaxy (yay!) and Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games... My bro also got a PSP with Sonic Rivals 2 which I'm quite enjoying when he lets me use it. (aside from the cheesy dialogue and of course, Silver)

However it was two things that really made this Christmas enjoyable. My sister had told me (secretly) she wanted a puppy, so within days before Christmas I helped my parents find one and keep it hidden... Secondly, upon connecting the Wii my family and relatives who seldom care about video games were suddenly eager to play. We played Wii Sports for the greater part of the afternoon, and then the other kids and myself played Mario and Sonic all evening, with my aunt joining in after she saw how fun the swimming even looked. (and I have such a sore arm from it -_-)

I don't know if I got any cash this year or not, I usually get it from cards. However if I get enough I'd like to exchange it for some Wii Points so I can play Ecco. I'd also like to get the other Wii games I didn't get but asked for (NiGHTS, SatSR, and Metroid Prime 3) but I guess that will have to happen over time, I'm just dying to find out what these games are all like though. I never get/have much cash, so I'm not going to be purchasing anything myself except old Genesis games.
