Guys, the cheats in the game are for messing around and to help with development. They are not for beating the game.
OBJECTPLACE can actually create a THINGS lump for use in level design. I frequently use GOD and NOCLIP to run across bottomless pits and warp to areas in levels I need to test without having to move the player start around.
They are included for you to either do the same or for you to enjoy goofing off and screwing with the game. Go have fun with them. Don't ask how to get all the emeralds by cheating, though.
