Anti Lap Grief - Can't touch me

A simple script that prevents players you lap from hitting you if they're using Grow/Invincibility.

Command:
alg_enabled(Default On): Makes lapped players phase through you.

Pretty neat mod! Although since Growth and Invincibility were mentioned, would it also prevent them from hitting you with an Orbinaut and Jawz included?

As someone that has experienced griefers like these back in the day and even got hit by one while frontrunning, I strongly appreciate this mod's existence so these kinds of acts aren't as much of a threat to those that race the tracks properly.

• Fixed thrown/launched items triggering anti-lap grief if, on impact with the item, the owner could trigger it normally
• Added additional paranoia validity checks
