Analog deadzone settings

It's been a while since the "Simple" controls update and also the implementation of proper XInput with the new version of SRB2.

A better solution would be buying a new controller(but, you know. Money), but the deadzone setting in the game doesn't do anything! Even if the default setting is set to some value, tinkering with it just doesn't yeld result, it's just stuck at 0% deadzone.

EDIT: So I found out what deadzone does. For some odd reason it only affects NiGHTS stages in where the maximum input is not registered in the deadzone if it's set high. Which still doesnt make sense, the deadzone comes from inside-out, intestead of outside-in. Might be why I still feel drift in normal stages since it's not doing what it's supposed to do, give a deadzone in the center of the stick... not on the outside.
