SRB2-Town: before the official start of the second series

OK, while I'm yet trying to find out a way to get this scanner working >_> (seriously, I now really think it's dead... but also the bluetooth got dead when I changed the motherboard, maybe the issue goes there :/) In the worst case I'm afraid I'll have to buy a new one. Argh, I'm quite sure it was working >_> I hope the original drivers fix it...
