EDIT: OOPS! Noticed a few problems with colour. Ill fix them next update.
 
Um the problem is Spongebob cant breath above water but will in the wad and he is meant for water but in srb2 he will die under water sorry.
 
Um put a helmet with water in it on top of spongebob. Just have it so if Spongebob is in place filled with water he will lose the plot and take of helmet and eggman woulde win xd.

That woulde have to do.
 
Ill make spongey more square. (I can't make him die if above water for too long and not die underwater, or is there a way?)
He has shading! It's just the only yellow colours on there are so simular!
 
Just put a helmet with water in it and just pretend the water make him take of the helemt and lose the plot.

XD Fighting Eggman as a sponge.

This is entirely stupid.
This was obviously made in 10 minutes using paint.
Put actual work into your characters.
 
Pay attention to where the holes are on Spongebob. Their locations have been consistent through three seasons, as far as I know.

Awesome idea, poor execution.

The sprite doesn't look much like the spongebob in the picture, imo. ;(

I agree with you. It more closely swiss cheese that glows on the outside, but not the inside.

Things that could be improved on it:
  • Have the mouth slightly open
  • Make the holes dark-yellow
  • Even square sponges have shading on the front...
  • Speaking of squares, shouldn't the sprite be one?
  • Sponge-Bob has square buck-teeth. Sprite has fangs

    Ideas:
    If possible, you could have it so that it gives water a murky appearence (Polluted Water), and that everything ABOVE the water has a watery appearence...

    Good Things:
