When I click on start game it says bad savegame in slot0 any ideas?

Does anyone know any interesting things that you can make as the thok/spinitem. If they have interesting effects I'd like to hear about them. P.S. I already tried the blue crawla as the spinitem it sucks...a lot.

Whenever I try to insert a wad into the game it says it can't find the file and that it can't put it in the game. Anyone have any advice.
