Change your port to 5030

To host create a bat file and put srb2win.exe -dedicated and run it. Add "-room" followed by a room ID to host on the MS("-room 33" for standard).
To join the server join by IP with address "localhost". To get admin use the "promote" command in the server console

Could you help me too? I don't know how to create a BAT File and all that, if you could help me that would be great thanks

just make a txt file and then put .bat at the end of the name (make sure to have the view extensions of files enabled)

A .bat file is just a type of text file. Create a text file and open in it a program like Notepad, then input anything you need into it. Once done, save and close it, then rename the .txt extension to .bat.

The article on Dedicated Servers explains this. Include the -room parameter followed by the room ID.
