There would, but only cause a couple other people are working on minecarts as well. Including me. (I've been told they need to be sprites, not sectors. PolyObjects aren't *that* good.)

Yours looks pretty good proportion-wise, but it's shaded like it's made of plastic. Maybe look at Blade's Metal Sonic for references on how to shade metal objects, and take a look at the wood textures currently in the game for the reddy-brown parts?

Also, here's an unfinished minecart:

... I think you missed something.

This got really cool really fast

It looks alright, but its seriously out of style with the rest of the game in terms of shading. None of the frames transition properly or look like each other either, so when it rotates its extremely jerky.

It's pretty cool, although the diagonal frames seem to be in a higher point of view than the others.

Cool, but why did you get rid of the two lines in the front frame?
They looked out of place because of the axis of symmetry, and how it looks better when flipped on that axis.

I reshaded just about everything, and I'm in the process of redoing the diagonal frames. I took another approach on the beaten-iron look, as evidenced here:

Yeah, that looks really great. Although you should outline the wood and the yellow black tape. They look too out of place compared to the outlined metal.

Wow, nice work on those minecart sprites. Hope to see more of it. Also, the title screen looks better than ever, keep it up!

I'm not too keen on the new wood to be honest. The old one looked like it came straight from ACZ, this one looks like EXTREMELY well cut wood from a shallow forest's tree.

Also, to add on to GuywithPie's idea, you might want to recolor the outlines to be non-black, as opposed to adding black to all the sides. Just an idea.

Well, you can see that towards the back, the metal is outlined in dark grey.

And on a slightly unrelated note, what's with Sonic's jagged outlines in the title screen redraw? Your original version (The one before MotorRoach suggested how to make it better) didn't have jagged outlines.

...What title screen redraw? All I remember is a title screen image, and the same image being resized on a cyan background, no smaller re-draw or anything like that. (I may be wrong, though, didn't check to make sure.)

I'm talking about the one Prisma made back in Page 6 when he took MotorRoach's suggestions into consideration. Notice how the lines are a lot more jagged than the one he drew initially.

Notice how it's resized (on a cyan background that was select-tool removed afterwards). It's resized. Resizing stuff is bound to cause jagged edges, especially in terms of pixel art, non-huge art, and resizing on an opaque background that is removed afterwards, of which his title screen is all three. Either way, it's not a smaller re-draw. It might be a re-draw, but not a smaller re-draw.

I'll have to fix the outlines in the next revision. I manually smoothed the original, which explains why it is smoother than the final. And, as Zappy said, resizing is bound to have jagged edges.

This minecart comes in brown or red; which do you prefer?
