Well... considering that there was a boy who drowned finding Spongebob and a man who killed another for taking the last bag of doritos from a vending machine, I'd say the next show of ignorance would be sueing animal control for not keeping dogs quiet in a neighborhood and then enforcing a law that prohibits barking.

I'd take it more as a metaphor my friend, for if there was really a law underneath that chunk of words that is true, I'll have to debate whether or not to walk off of a balcony, spread my arms out, and attempt flight.
But man... This business with the evil of video games is a constant old people rant. It's existed ever since the beginning. A genius mind, Socrates was killed due to fascinating minds with all new ideas on how the world works, and that transcended down into literature, comic books, and now video games.

1. That had nothing to do with the the Wii.
2.I believe kids say things so that they don't have to say they're true feelings. Hell, I've done it. I doubt it was really the Wii.

Anyone who dies playing Wii Fit was likely in such bad shape that they were likely to die doing other serious physical activity, like walking from the parking lot to the store.
