This reads and looks like a joke post, for some reason...
Anyways, nothing much to really say. Just a purple Tails with poorly edited stars on his sprites. The abilities are overpowered, as usual with these jokes characters, cause funny, I guess.

While I commend you for creating all of these abilities yourself, I really think Universal Tails needs a lot of fine tweaking.
For starters, I personally think rings as a resource is a double-edged sword. It forces a very particular gameplay style, which is trying to grab as many rings as possible with one mistake erasing everything you've gathered, and in servers with infinite lives, 1-ups are a free 100 rings for you and everyone else. I think he'd be much more balanced and fun to play with a meter of his own that works outside of ring collecting.

The thanos move is honestly overpowered in the worst of ways. Not only can you hold down the button (which is unnecessary since triggering it twice already wipes out EVERY badnik in the level) but the fact you can easily grab 100 rings and destroy half the map worth of badniks is a little too much to be an ability you can trigger at any time. Hell, if you wanna keep the concept make it a 50/50 chance of killing you too. After all, what's the fun in betting when there's absolutely no risk to you?

Right now, I think he needs a lot of work on the balancing side of things. With that being said however, welcome aboard!
