Wonderful character! I always love to see custom vehicles, it gives the character tons of extra personality and makes 'em pop out. I also adore the voicelines, makes him feel like a cartoon character haha.
If there's anything I'd critique is that I kinda expected the car to be recolorable, but I get why ya didn't. But besides that, your character's pretty cool!
