[Open Assets] Spring Rotate v1b

It’s nice but I expected the CD spring rotate but the 3&k is fine

I like this more than the regular animation, but it works for all things that bump you, not just springs, so hitting walls as certain characters makes you spin, and there's a weird bug with the shield that uses water and fire (I don't know what it's called)

Haven't used it yet, but it's probably pretty good based on s3 sonic and the gif used
