Perfect Circle Circuit makes it's return to SRB2 kart!
A returning stage from 2.0 kart, perfect circle is exactly what it's advertised as. (minus the cracks in the road) The 9-lap course is back with a neat little texture update, not much, but helps it not look so 2.0-ish.
