MrBoing's Levelpack v1.3

Made the file a Pk3 including the music instead of a wad, so no more loading an extra file when playing the pack.

Light visual tweaks. mainly water being WAY nicer to look at.

Fixed a checkpoint in "opal gadget" sending you into the void. Putting you in a death loop.

Fixed an oversight with some fence mid textures not being solid in "emerald valley".

Added a forgotten slope in "emerald valley".
