Mit's Character Pack v13

I've seen a few of these characters around servers, but to see the whole package here is astonishing! The thing I really love is that rather than catering to the SRB2Kart artstyle, you went ahead and tried to adopt your own style with everyone else, minus a few exceptions. I feel this creative choice makes your pack stand out more from the rest on the forums. I also love the representation of various properties, makes this submission appeal to multiple fandoms. And the character pack in general gives me Smash Bros. vibes. Fantastical work, mit!

AWesome addition of characters and great spritework. One of the best Srb2Kart mods I've played:)

Although this mod technically DOES mean you can play as 9-volt because 18-volt does all the driving I don't think that counts.
