FlyingNosaj's Character Pack! (KC_nosajchars)

Amazingly clean spritework! Heavy, Bomb and Revitalized Chao are all favorites here and fit perfectly into Kart.

I do think Mecha's spines are a bit on the tall side though, and I wish there was individual files of the characters.

I like the spritework. Mecha Sonic especially looks very impressive.
