[Open Assets] Display Object Hitboxes 2.1

Updated the visual hitboxes to be more responsive to changes in dimensions. Also performed some back-end cleanup.

This is a major facelift which replaces the old "dots" method with splats and paper sprites. The mod's performance was also improved to a certain extent, making larger maps such as CEZ2 less painful.
