ChaosKart has been remade from the ground up! New code, less bugs, more chaos!

Same old chaos, with new twists and polish!

I hope you enjoy v2.0.0 of ChaosKart. Functionally, nothing has changed, everything has been polished and rewritten from the ground up.

This was mainly a bugfix update, but I can't update ChaosKart without increasing the intensity of said chaos.
