Alright. Ima be honest. Red and black look well together the way you put them. The other colors don't look half bad either. But you need to expand your horizons, and many of the colors contrast highly. I think personally you should add some low contrasts and maybe some solids. Solids tend to look nice in certain environments. But as of now, this isn't bad for a first! I think personally you did pretty okay.
