Yeah. If you really want to cheat, use an editor or something. I don;t see why people need so much help finding these things, they're darn easy to find, unless you are blind, in which case, you shouldn't even be on the computer.

Actually, "an editor or something" wouldn't help, as the emblems are hardcoded, and Tails' GFZ1 emblem is above the big-bad-boom shield where nobody looks anyway... But all the same, you will find no emblem help here, look in the other topics on the subject.
