Weird wad error

Yes, this was made by omega. then altered by Ree-c in an attempt to fix the spring error. Now it gives this message that there are bad frame characters in lump MONKEYH. Can anyone help me out here? I'm really dieing to use this guy in acid missile.

Nonetheless, I do have to wonder, since XWE is easy to use and now supports lowercase letters.
