This addon puts U-1 from the Playstation 2 rhythm game Gitaroo Man into SRB2 Kart.

I originally intended to make this character use a vehicle from his original game, but I decided that it wouldn't be right to render him without his signature Gitaroo. So, he uses the Gitaroo itself as a sort of hoverboard. I think it's much more visually interesting like that, anyway.

The character sprites were created by posing a recolored model in blender and adding outlines for clarity. Sound effects were ripped directly from Gitaroo Man.

Weight: 1 (He's not in a car.)
Speed: 9
Color: Pumpkin and Rosewood work well as default palettes, but the character is compatible with all palettes.

EDIT: This character WAD has been updated, fixing certain issues:
v1.1 - The minimap indicator has been resprited to better align with SRB2 Kart's spriting style.
v1.2 - The sprites for drifting right now rotate correctly.
v1.3 - Various small coloring and outlining issues have been fixed, and the victory sign has been replaced altogether.
v1.4 - The minimap indicator has been resprited again to face sideways.

Everything checks out. Pretty interesting how you posed a model in Blender and added outlines for it. Definitely gives U-1 it's own style. My only complaint is that his icon for the map is a little crunched but it still changes color to let everyone else know where you are in the course. Welcome to releases!

I didn't realize that map icons had coloring conventions before uploading this; I've re-done the icon to be slightly larger and colored entirely green, as you can see in the attached image. The original post has been updated as well.
