StephChars crashes SRB2 the Past with a "R_AddSingleSpriteDef" error

whenever i try to play SRB2 the Past with StephChars (any Version) it crashes the game and this error pops up.

i unintall srb2 but that didn't work.
help?

ok, its works with 2.0.15 bur not 2.0.16 or 2.0.17
