SRB2 all 200 emblem "mod"?

is it possible to make a mod that gives all 200 emblems? or maybe a link to a gamedata file that has all 200 emblems? mostly just curious cause i'm done trying to put up with Nightmode and just want to use the pandora's box

You can just download a 100% save file with everything unlocked and just put it in your main SRB2 folder. But remember that it will fully replace your save files too, but I think you can just a leave the 100% save files and just replace the game progress file.
