Hey, welcome to releases!
I'll just say though, Ponk's SSIG has left some residue from Kartmaker's template. The properties.txt only defines two colours to make transparent out of the three that Kartmaker uses. This can be fixed in the future just fine, no worries!
On that note though, it'd also be nice to see these three packed into a single pk3 for convenience.
