I've finished this great soc, but I need a little help with something. As it is, the soc is overpowering, and in order to balance it out, I need to know either:
1. How to slow down firing rate, like the Bomb Ring does, or
2. How to increase the cost in rings to throw something.
Also, I'm using a basic Tails skin to carry the soc... would I release this in the Characters section, or the SOC section?
