Netgame Problem

I hosted a netgame earlier today, but after I played Maplestory, i started getting this error everytime I tried to host a netgame:

Restart your computer!

Ok, it worked, but does any one know why that happens?

The port that Srb2 normally uses in 5029. In this case, your port number is already opened when you try and host. The game checks to see if that port number is still open, if it's open you get that error.

A restart of your computer normally helps.
