NedDaBom the Character - Early Alpha 0.8 - First mod

It's time for NedDaBom! He can home in on enemies with his homing thok, bounce with Custom 1 three times, getting increasingly faster with each bounce, but only for 3 bounces. Unique running sprites! (WIP) I am creating some unique running sprites to make it look in simmilarity to the peelout.
