Mobile AP for SRB2

Does the Mobile AP from a Cell Phone work on SRB2?
I'm new and I am really not sure.

What are you talking about? You want to play SRB2 over the internet using your phone as a modem of sorts? I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Cell phones typically have terrible latency, so not sure how playable it's going to be.
