Missing spring in RVZ

I don't know, but I think there should be a spring in the secret path where there are 2 vertical rings ( I can't put a screenshot because I don't know how to post pics here :P)

No, you're meant to use the Whirlwind Shield to get up there.

That's after the ahem, 'Whirlwing Shield wall', you're supposed to get up there with it. I think it's intentional.
