I want to report someone on the master server http://srb2.servegame.org/
to be exact and it said past logfile urls please explain

It says right in the report page.

Logfile URL(s) (separate each URL with a new line)
Please use the SRB2 Pastebin for logfiles, you MUST give valid URLs!

The logfile being referred to is log.txt - created by SRB2 - which resides in SRB2's root directory.
