JossPack V1 - a random little pack of characters

You've probably seen these guys somewhere before, but one of them may be a bit alien to you. There's a few others I'm working on that I'll add at a later date. If you have any questions let me know. Enjoy!

They are, originally they were just placeholder voice clips but they fit too well so I kept them.

Update: added Koopa Troopa...what is this, the 5th Koopa now? I gave this one a unique kart for variety I guess, kinda like the racing stripes

- fixed Octillery's turning sprites, more head movement
- fixed King Boo's sign post (can see all of him now)
