It's posible to make mods on Android?

I want to make a character mod in Android, but first, i'm gonna ask if it's possible to make it or not.

Well,check out the "Mobile Modding Master Thread" by SeventhSentinel if you havent already.

However,from what i know,there is no such Android program tool that functions like Slade,so i cant really help you
