I need help updating to the latest version

i was using srb2 v2.2.10 and i forgot to upgrade to v2.2.11 (i did not play srb2 for a very long time and now i have just picked it back up again) and now when i tried to upgrade to v2.2.13 so i can play some netgames its is showing an error message stating "The procedure entry point SDL_OpenURL could not be located in the dynamic link library (location path of srb2 on my computer)"

could anyone help out with this?

Install the 2.2.13 zip file. 2.2.13 won't patch correctly to 2.2.10. You'll have to move over any mod files and save files however.
