How do you make a MainCFG file in Zone Builder?

I can't figure out how on earth I'm supposed to make a MainCFG file in Zone Builder. I don't know what format I'm supposed to make the file in or how to make it. Requesting help pls.

After reloading the Map from file you should find it under View -> Script Editor

Save the map and then press F10. It should open a window. This file is a MAINCFG.

The rest depends on what you want to put inside it.
