how do you load mods in Ring Racers

I have already Unlocked the ability to use mods, but it says this when I click on the option. could I please have some help?

You need to place addons into the Ring Racers addon folder. That message only shows if you have nothing in said folder.

Should be in the folder where you installed the game, the folder is called "addons"
