How do I put emblems into a level?

Sorry for the new thread frenzy, but how do I put emblems into my levels?
I tried using SLumpEd, but it still didn't work(and XWE doesn't work on my computer).

Sorry again for this, but seriously, I really want to put emblems into my levels, so I need help with this!

Here is the part I know how to do. First open soc editor. Make a new soc and name it Emblem Data or something. Next go under emblems and use the db to look for the spot where you want it. Copy the # for the cordinates. I don't know the rest thought.

That didn't work. When I try to load it, it says "WARNING: File directory is corrupt". And when I remove them, it works, so I put them back in in the MAINCFG, but it still doesn't work! Am I missing something? Here's the wad: http://www.mediafire.com/?zzy04tlv1iz
