Help whit the multiplayer

In the last days the game has not let my friends join my games nor have I been able to join theirs, we have been using ipv4, we tried both hamachi and another radmin call and it does not stop, before if it left and now it does not .

Does anyone know the problem or any recommendations?

At this point you might need to port forward (Look at router instructions) and launch a basic server for SRB2 in the game's multiplayer option using host game option. Make sure you also set a password in the server for you and your friends to use and that you are using a static IP (Can be done via Control Panel).

So, you either didn't port forward, or something is wrong with your port. Use this (Srb2 Port Checker) if thats the case
