game crashes saying profile is CORRUPTED?????

what the hell??? i was opening the game like i usually do and now he's telling me that all my progress has been corrupted?????

It’s corrupted.
To my knowledge it’s not possible to recover it.
The best you can do is start a new profile and use passwords to regain things you unlocked. And don’t forget to back up your data regularly.

so like i have a .bak file in there so if i remove the .bak from the file it should work right?

yeah rename your ringprofiles.prf.bak to ringprofiles.prf and it should be restored
