Empty Kart Buddy Follower - Put your creations in this and have it follow you around!

There isn't much to this. It's a miniature kart that follows you around and has a funny horn.
This is meant to be a separate .pk3 file that people can modify from my standalone pack. The mini kart was made for a commission for someone's follower, but the kart came out extremely well and I thought I should share it for others to use!
