Duplicate Combination of linedef 60+140 give a strange effect

Ehm, there are various of SRB2 2.1 minor bugs that's not fixed until the 2.2 version, and since they may have forgotten about this minor bugs, it's somewhat(?) okay if you remind them about it. Just a note :>
