Coming from the depths of hell, Clownpiece is here to cause mischief on the racetrack!
Her stats are Speed 7, Weight, 4 and her default colour is Taffy!
(7, 4 meant to represent july 4th which is america day and she is wearing america flag grrrphhhpphh)

This is some youkai's moneymaking scheme disguised as a fundraiser! Surely we need a shrine maiden who can best both races and markets, don't we?
