Can I set Server Options in a .cfg file?

Hello there. It's partially solved now. Turns out that the SRB2 Wiki is not that outdated. While there were some commands/variables listed there that the console didn't respond to, I managed to get the ones for the options I wanted to change. Unfortunately, I seem to be unable to ge tthem to work from the config file. They work fine when typed directly into the console, but the game just won't load the exact same variables from the config file.

Hi there. I am making a post here because I can't find info about this anywhere on Google. Not only that, every page on the SRB2 Wiki about console commands, mulitplayer variables and config files has that "Outdated for SRB2 V2.2" banner on top, so I don't know if I can trust that info.

While I'm not in a position to forward my port (I don't have a DMZ), I'm experimenting with multiplayer netgames, and trying to set up my own dedicated server. I already got the basics of a config file (password, room, connect to master server, gametype, message of the day, the works) but since I'm constantly shutting down and restarting the server at my convinience, it's getting quite tiring to be constantly having to join the server, login, and then modify the Server Options through SRB2's menus.

Is there any way to have server options like the life sharing, starposts, ect set up beforehand in a config file, particularly addserv.cfg?

Thanks in advance.
