This actually took more time than I'd like to admit. Probably because this is literally the first time I make a character from scratch. That, or too much GradeAUnderA.
Undertale's Annoying Dog, everyone!
This little dog has a very high jump, and uses the Legendary Artifact for a Jump-Thok, but is a bit slower than Tails; and cannot spin. Thankfully, with his high jump and the use of the Legendary Artifact, Toby can use certain shortcuts like Tails' and some Chuckles' shortcuts.
He can also outrun Metal Sonic fairly easily with the use of these shortcuts.
also yes he can finish the entire game
This is not only a character addon, oh no. Just like the Annoying Dog tends to appear anywhere...
...This one likes to take over some things on the SRB2 universe. Find them all!
If you are kind of a lazy guy (Trust me, I understand you), here's a list of things that are "corrupted" by the Dog.
Have fun jumping and barking with the little canine representation of Toby Radiation Fox!

- Modified Title Screen.

The First Human- The Dog likes to be in some backgrounds.

- Exit Screen changed to Dog Screen
- "New" Cursor.
- Not even a single mention of Determination-OHWAIT
