Save for the missing textures, it should be noted that these errors are due to bugs in the OpenGL renderer. You can visit the same areas using the software engine and you will find things will display without error.

I have seen commits that fixed a number of issues already, but I don't think these particular ones have been squashed yet (like the texture alignment not always working well).
 
Almost all of these issues have been fixed for a while now, whether through map or code changes. The only remaining issues were the RVZ1 rocket bug, which I've just fixed for 2.2.11, and the stretched pine wall in CEZ1, which requires a code-side change. The latter has been shared to a related GitLab issue, so I'm marking this thread overall as fixed.
