Spam protection is way too unstable

Certified bad modder.
Did it happened to you to get silenced in-game because you kept talking,even when your the owner? Lets discuss about how did you got silenced by the anti spam.
 
When the game get insane lag you get silenced for no reason because there is one in-game tick between your messages even if in reality it's more like 10 seconds.
