Fixed (Marathon Run) Live-Event Backups show wrong time for realtime runs

The time that's saved for live-event backups appears to be the time Sonic completes the previous act, rather than the beginning of the next act.

In this video, go to 0:37. See that I regain control of Sonic at 36s on the in-game timer. Then I load the backup. The second time, I gain control of Sonic at 31s.
 
I've recieved a reasonable amount of feedback that the in-game timer is preferred for speedrun.com, so 2.2.6 will move to this as a default. I've implemented a temporary solution to automagically add a penalty to live event backups of exactly 5 seconds to try and cover this for the few who would still use this, but a future build should try a more thorough fix.
