Invalid Water slides don't work when the player is flashing

When flashing after landing from being hit, DSZ waterslides do not affect the player's movement.

I do believe this is intentional, to give the player a little extra reaction time in case there's a jump nearby or something (see: ERZ2).
 
Though that also means your speed is not cut to 0, so if you have to jump a pit you'll usually fall in due to you lacking enough speed.
